About LRA
Originally came up with the name as a way to post attempts at smartassed commentary on sports blogs. After six months, realized energy would be best spent elsewhere, so now it’s used to keep track of my progress as I go from being a internet potato to … well, a more-in-shape internet potato. I don’t hold myself up as any great example but worship me if you will anyway. 
Despite the very modern nom de internet I try to do the primal/Paleo thing.
PS–Yeah, I know, I curse a lot. I’m from Jersey, it’s in my blood.
